If you are a resident of Cushing with a student in Grades K-5, please use this link to complete our online initial registration. Once your initial registration has been accepted, someone from the school will contact you with account information so you can fill out the full set of enrollment forms.

For students entering kindergarten in the fall of 2023-2024:
Please use the link above to register by April 14, 2023. Once your initial registration has been accepted, someone from the school will contact you with account information to set up your Parent Portal so you can fill out the full set of enrollment forms. When the on-line forms are completed you will be contacted to make an appointment for kindergarten screening, which will take place on June 2, 2023.
